102nd Birth Anniversary of Pandit N Khelchandra Singh

The event was graced by Professor Huirem Bihari, President of the Cultural Forum Manipur, as the functional president. Dr. T Tampha, Associate Professor from the Department of Manipuri, MU, delivered an enlightening lecture on Pandit Ningthoukhongjam Khelchandra Singh and Manipuri culture.
