As the second oldest literary forum in the state, next only to the Manipuri Sahitya Parishad, the Cultural Forum has played a pivotal role in fostering literary dialogue, cultural preservation, and critical discourse. It is officially recognized by the Sahitya Akademi, India’s National Academy of Letters.
